• Automated delivery of notifications when new videos are detected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shared Video and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that notifications will be delivered without delay.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
